È un omaggio alla cultura e alla canzone classica napoletana, l’inizio di un viaggio, senza limiti di tempo e di spazio. Si racconta di una Napoli non oleografica bensì una città che è stata ed è a pieno titolo un’autentica capitale culturale europea. Si incontrano la voce e l’interpretazione unica di Peppe Servillo, i raffinati arrangiamenti dei Solis String Quartet, la danza di Movintoinactor/Con.Cor.D.A. nello scenario suggestivo degli Arsenali Repubblicani di Pisa.

It ‘a tribute to the culture and classic Neapolitan song, the beginning of a journey, with no limits of time and space. It tells of a Naples not stereotyped but a city that has been and is fully authentic European cultural capital. The voice and unique interpretation of Peppe Servillo, the refined arrangements of the Solis String Quartet, the dance of Movintoinactor/Con.Cor.D.A. they meet in the evocative setting of Arsenals Republicans Pisa.

Una donna… galleggia tra sentimenti contrastanti forza e fragilità, coraggio e paura come stati legati e coesistenti, indagine su uno stato di svelamento spirituale, ricerca performativa sul corpo eroico femminile, nudo nella propria esposizione, senza pelle né difese.

A woman… floating between conflicting feelings strength and fragility, courage and fear as bound states and co-existing, investigation of a state of spiritual revelation, performing research on the female heroic body, naked in its exposure, skinless or defenses.

L’indagine semiscientifica che compiono Orlando Izzo e Angelo Petracca, autori e interpreti dello spettacolo, parte dall’esame di ciò che determina in prima istanza il giudizio di una qualsiasi realtà: la vista. Tutto ciò che esiste e quindi anche tutto ciò che viene creato e danzato è, appunto, creato e danzato utilizzando la vista del creatore e la vista dell’interlocutore pubblico. Ma il punto di vista può cambiare inesorabilmente a causa di sindromi che alterano la percezione visiva della realtà.

The halfscientific investigation that perform Orlando Izzo and Angelo Petracca, authors and performers of the show begins with an overview of what determines in the first instance judgment of any reality: the view. Un’ Alice raccontata attraverso il linguaggio della danza. Gli arti che crescono o rimpiccioliscono a dismisura. Personaggi bizzarri che popolano un mondo che sta dall’altra parte dello specchio. Alice (e noi con lei) varca i labili confini della realtà per rincorrere il coniglio, il Cappellaio matto o litigare con la Regina rossa. I simboli, di significato complesso, divengono semplici e facilmente accessibili a tutti.

An Alice told through the language of dance. The limbs that grow or shrink dramatically. Quirky characters who inhabit a world that is on the other side of the mirror. Alice (and us with she) crosses the blurred boundaries of reality to chase the rabbit, the mad Hatter or quarrel with the Red Queen.

Per fortuna le fatine “buone” riusciranno a tramutare il terribile sortilegio in un sonno lungo cent’anni e da quel sonno, la principessa, verrà svegliata dal bacio di un principe “…bello come il sole… e per lei una nuova vita inizierà…”

L’affascinante ricerca in danza che Konstantin Grouss, sta compiendo a Mosca, lo porta ad affermare che la danza è sequenza di forma della parte visiva ed è corrente energetica della parte nascosta della realtà. La gran parte delle informazioni che riceviamo praticamente non ci tocca e fa da sfondo. Il corpo nella corrente di informazioni prende una forma dopo l’altra, partendo dall’impulso che provoca il movimento. Questa forma nuova allo stesso tempo diventa un impulso per un nuovo sviluppo, questa volta musicale.

The fascinating research in dance that Konstantin Grouss, is making in Moscow, led him to say that dance is part of the visual sequence of shape and is energetic current of the hidden part of reality. Most of the information that practically does not affect us and we receive a backdrop. The body in the current of information, takes a form after the other, starting from the impulse that causes the movement. E’ uno spettacolo che prende spunto dalle favole di Esopo, semplici storie di animali – ma con trasparenti allusioni al mondo degli uomini – coinvolti in vicende ispirate ad una morale comune e popolare. I suoi “exempla” sono magistrali: riflettono, infatti, in situazioni elementari, tutte le caratteristiche della vita reale, quali l’inganno, la verità, l’apparenza, la stoltezza e l’astuzia.

It ‘a show that is inspired by the fables of Aesop, simple stories of animals – but with clear allusions to the world of men – involved in stories inspired by a moral common and popular. His “exempla” are masterly: reflect, in fact, in elementary situations, all the features of real life, such as deception, the truth, the appearance, the foolishness and cunning.
